Question About Starting a New Game

There's been a few annoying glitches on this save, for example it would say I have 2 hours left till I have to go to work and then it would turn to 1 or 3 days. If I start a new game are the glitches going to be gone?

Did one of your sims get pregnant or give birth? Women get maternity leave for their pregnancy and men get paternity leave once the baby is born. If there are no babies, then nevermind. I have had a glitch where my sim went to work and stayed at work 5 or 6 hours longer than they were supposed to, but it wasn't a permanent thing. Sometimes it would happen, but most of the time it wouldn't. It's possible that this glitch is similar. Just play through a sim week or two and see if you keep getting the glitch. But to answer your original question, you shouldn't get that glitch in a new game. Glitches vary from save to save, and there's no link to glitches from one save getting into the other save (that I know of).

I know what happens when you have a kid. This glitch has happened 5 or more times on this one save.  It's really annoying.

Hmmm, do you have another sim with the same job? Maybe it just has to do with the one sim. You could always try resetting him/her.

None of my sims have the same job. This randomly happens when you least expect it

On console I received many annoying glitches, but you get used to it. I now have sims on pc.

I still am so jealous of pc simmers.  But I do love my xbox.  And for awhile I was musing getting a new Xbox 360 (I still have the original arcade model) or saving to upgrade my desktop.  Well yesterday I got the new Xbox with the 250gb hard drive.  I figured if I tire of the Sims(not gonna happen) I can play something else.  Plus my kid has all his Lego Xbox games to play.
