Ep and Sp used:Base game,ambitions.(mostly base game)
Price furnished:9,040.

This is a one bed one bath starter home. It is decorated in shades of blue and green. There is not a whole lot more to say about it really.


The front of the property has a small vegetable garden.

Here we have the bathroom.

The kitchen area.

Breakfast bar.

Entertainment area.

The bedroom.

Ratchie, with each new build you keep surprising me! WOW It is very hard to build cheap furnished house and to make it not just pretty but interesting and unique, is a huge victory! Great job! (BTW I'm still in love with Gnome Home :D)
