Quick cash with vacations

When visiting the WA worlds, grab all the books from the bookshelves at the base camp. They are worth $0 when you are still there, but once you return home you can sell them all for easy money. This only works once with each base camp though. If you return to the same vacation world later there won't be books in the shelves, unless NPC's have them and return them to the shelves. This also works in reverse if you grab the books that come in the bookcases you buy in your home world, like the skill books for cooking, logic and handiness. These books are usually worth $0 as well while you are home, but you can sell them for money while on vacation.

It doesn't bring huge bucks, but, if you place one or more bookshelves in your family inventory prior to travelling, you will find multiple copies of skill and general books in them when you return.  The better the bookcase, the better the books you might get for free.  Occassionally, with a mid range or better bookcase, you will get a rare book.

The books are also really good food for the Omni Plants, even if you buy them from the merchant. Special bonus for celebrities and their discounts. This really helped get my garderner to the top of the profession.
