Vampire Children learn skills FAST

I saw this thread and wanted to test so i loaded my vamp family and used testingcheats to give my YA father and Child kid the artistic trait (none of them had and painting skill), waited till it was night then used make needs static and had them both paint a large painting. I'm not sure if my game is glitched but not only did the Child finish the painting faster but he learned the skill around 15-30 sim minutes faster than the adult. Does anyone else have this? Because the learning speed was much faster for the child.

Hosfac said the bug was when the Sim is born a vamp so does that mean pure vamp (as in, not bitten) or just child? Because the child is a pure vamp but the child of two bitten vamps. I'm trying again with two pure vamps.

Yes, the only way to become a vampire without being bitten is to be born as one.  This learning rate will likewise persist when this born vampire becomes an adult.

The child I guess, is considered a pure vampire, since they were born a vampire. Before the patches, I had a sim return to normal (potion from the science lab) and she was still learning at the speed of a vampire, even in daylight. Haven't tested it since the latest patches, but it was wonderful for my sim.

The sim on the left was born a vampire.  That's exactly what happens, not just with logic, but with literally every skill except for Martial Arts and Fishing (possibly Gardening too, I don't remember).

That is just it, the one on the right is her brother and he was also born a vampire.

Were they born in separate patches?   Like was she born first and then he was born after the patch?

They were triplets and I think they were born before the patch.
