Children's pictures turned to babies after visiting China?!

Shortly after landing in China, my sims twin daughter's pictures turned to babies... and they are teens! :o Uhm, so what's going on, and how do I fix it?!

It's just a graphical glitch in the relationship bar.  It doesn't effect anything and when you get home the girls will still be teenagers.  It happens to me half the times I travel.
