Do you get challenge points for getting all the jobs to level 10?

If so some jobs have 2 different career paths, do I need to complete them both?

If you're talking about the PS3 - I don't know the answer offhand, but I can tell you how to find out.

You can access the challenge list, and choose to view the ones you've completed, the ones you have not completed, or all of them.
