Can I Get Adventures from Vacation Home Instead of Base Camp?
« on: February 28, 2012, 03:25:48 AM »
I have never found a way to look up adventures except at the base camp in a WA location. Is there anyway to have an adventure board at a vacation home instead of having to go to base camp all the time. Most vacation homes are a long way away from the base camps. ;D

Not that I'm aware of.

I'm moving this to the World Adventures board.

Sometimes, you can receive adventures opportunities through phone call. But that's a bit random and not as fast as visiting the base camp.

I think in Buydebug you might be able to buy an adventure board to put on your vacation home lot but I have never tried to see if it would work this way.

Provided you can purchase and place an Adventure Board on the lot, it should work properly.

When you consider my acute addiction to items in the buydebug menu, I'm surprised I never thought of this.  I don't usually buy vacation homes because because I still end up using the base camp when I'm adventuring.

You can't buy it for Sims simply because - it's a mailbox which is unbuyable. Unless you used a Mod to unlock it, but off the top of my head, I can't think of any. Except, possibly, twallan's DebugEnabler, and even then, I'm not 100% clear on it.
