Siblings know about each other's IF?

I was playing on my family file with my triplet girls. One of them was playing with her IF that had just transformed from doll form. I looked over at one of her sisters and who had the wish to chat with the IF! Is this just a glitch or is there a way to complete the wish?

It's possible that's its a glitch but I would try to complete the wish, if it doesn't work then just reset the sim.
