Loss of Item on the Free Vacation?

My Young Adult sim went on a free vacation as he was using his Masterful Harvester and once he gets back, the item is no longer in his inventory, could this be a glitch?

Welcome to the forum Jackdawson18 ~ My Husband and Wife went on the free vacation also and came back with both their inventories empty. I think it may be another bug.

Have you considered looking in the shared family inventory accessed through buy mode?
