++It has 2 bedrooms (1 master bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, 1 reading room, 1 workshop studio, 1 kitchen, 1 inside dining room, 1 party room, 1 outside dinning room on the top floor and 1 basement.

++Contents: from all EP and SP up to now, also included some Store Content.

++Price: Funished:     390.614$
              Unfunished:  130.788$
