Teen won't stop snubbing.

In one of my games I have three teen tennagers right now named Jasmine, Pearl, and Skylar. Anyway, SKylar snubbed Pearl for a out 3 days and then stopped. The problem is that now whenever I try an interaction between them they just do the "Snub" action. I tried using cheats to raise their realationship bar but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Sounds like Skylar has a real attitude problem. ;D
