This is a new object!

My sim is going to love climbing this wall . Just have to figure out how it works as it looks to be about twice as high as a regular wall .

Has anybody got the Rock wall? Is it good? I might get it when it's on sale on it's own.

Thanks Ausette for posting the link . I'm not registered for photos so I couldn't do it .
I bought the set but need to go into my game and figure it out . The wall looks like it's twice as high as a regular one so not sure if it needs to be placed outside maybe . Will let you know my opinion after playing with it for a while . Looks like fun ! 


Edit :  I love the dresses and African furniture . The hair with the feathers is awesome . The climbing wall , I feel a bit silly as I still haven't found where they put it .    I have looked under build , buy , went in edit town thinking it might be a community lot but no luck so far . Will go back into my game and have a few more good looks .

Is there an option for sorting what is store bought? Like the ones for the expansions and stuff! That might help? I can't remember if there is or not just thought I would give a suggestion to help you find it maybe?

Have you checked under the Sort By Room part of Buy Mode? My first instinct would be to check under Outdoor Activities. You can also look under Sporting Equipment in Sort By Function and maybe even Community Items in Build Mode. Good luck, I'd like to see some pictures of it in use too.

Try outdoor activities.  And yes MomofMany, you can sort by store items.  So if all else fails only show store items and then go through all the categories.

The rock wall would be with the other sport equipment.   Sort by function.

If you sort by function, go to entertainment then sporting goods.
if you sort by room, go to outdoors then outdoor activities.

Thanks for your help !  I finally found it . It didn't show up unless I did sort by room .  The Rock Climbing Wall is like a magnet to my Sims . They just love it and are having lots of fun . This was a super great purchase . The clothes , hair and African furniture are all great also . Very pleased with my purchase .

My sims love it too!  I put three together in the park and went to look later and there was a line to climb it.  I like the races too.  If your sim loses, they get pretty upset, lol.  All in all, it was a great purchase and I think I will build a jungle themed house with all of the new stuff.

I've just got this set and its great.  The clothes are fun and the braided hairstyles are awesome.

The rock climbing wall is super fun.  As mentioned they gain fun on it, they can race, but my sims (teens) are also gaining athletic skill (seemingly faster than normal), and have a "adrenaline Rush +15" moodlet (usually found with daredevils - mine isn't) I think from winning the races.  Its quite a lot of fun and I would chose this over other outdoor activities.

Love the rock climbing wall! My sim isn't a daredevil, but she the "adrenaline rush" moodlet for 2 hours after practicing on the wall. Her atheletic skill went up superfast and she didn't get bulging muscles like you do when pumping iron. Who needs to go to the gym when you have the wall in your backyard?!
