Is there any easy way to bathe my cat?

I risk my cat hating me everytime I try and give it a bath, but if I don't bathe her she ends up miserable with how badly she smells and no one else wants to be around her. I sit there and keep hitting "Give Bath" at least 7 times before she finally gives in, but then she hates me. No amount of treats or love will make her get in that tub!!

Welcome to our Forum, HoneyPeachh.

I'm surprised that your cat needs a bath at all.  In the PC version of the game, cats groom themselves and only need a bath when they get fleas, at which time they submit willingly to being bathed.  Does she actually have the smelly moodlet?

I've found that with both cats and dogs, they will refuse to be bathed unless the sim who is offering is their friend. It's annoying, but you have to work on the nice interactions until they're friendly enough to submit to being bathed.
