Butler cooking update (yes, it's positive! :D)
« on: November 08, 2011, 05:08:12 PM »
I've made this topic to proudly anounce that the butler doesn't force the household anymore to come to eat. When he notice he will make a dish, but he will left it in the kitchen for the sim to eat when he or she prevers. If the dish doesn't get eaten, the butler will either put it back in the fridge, or let it rotten, depending on how busy he or she is him/herself.

Also, the butler will not prepair 8 dishes all at one, but just as many depending on how much sims are hungry.

How is that for a great update! :D

Are you serious? That's great! I hate butlers solely for that reason. Maybe I'll start using them now!

As long as it isn't April I'm as serious as I always am.
No, this is not a joke. I've saw this in my own game. Unless... it's a bug. But let's just not hope it. :)

Indeed. EA must get a lot of error reports so if they work them out in order they may now hava came across the Late Night butler thing. :P
Perhaps it was conflicting with so many things that solving it took that long.

My butler still "forces" my sims to eat. And I've got the latest patch and everything. If what you are describing is a bug, then it might just be the first and last sims 3 bug I'll ever ask for!
