Yes. You keep it.

But if you quit, you're no longer the Emperor of Evil.  You might retain the ability if you retire, though.  You get to keep the limo when your Sim retires as a rock or sports star, or as Leader of the Free World.

You get the ability to keep the limo at home, or as a taxi service?

Leto, your sim has a Limo instead of a taxi. I'm not sure whether or not you could get a Limo with Buydebug, if you really want one.

You can't. I'm in BuyDebug way too often. A Limo can't be unlocked during regular gameplay, except for the cases when your sim earns it. And even then you don't "own" it.

Okey, that's too bad. Owning a limo would have been a special abilitie to me.
