What's going on in UC that is making things difficult?

Nothing's going on in UC. It's the space between UC and main menu that is the problem. It loads 25% then crashes every time.

Ehhh I kinda am not playing sims right now and truly when I will I probably won't play this file. Haven't played it since November or so really. Feel free to move to graveyard if you are reading this mods.
