The Grim Reaper and stray dogs
« on: October 24, 2011, 12:30:39 PM »
I was playing Honey and the horses and heard the grim reaper and thought, oh no, so I found him and a stray dog had passed away on my lot, so I got screen shots and it seems grimmie has a soft spot for animals.

The horses were not crazy about grimmie though.

That is something I never thought I'd see, but aww! The dog he's holding, is it the dead one? Or another one?

The dog he is holding is the one that died on lot.  There was also a bone shaped tombstone in the barn, but it vanished, just like the regular sims does. :)

Of course Grimmy does! Did you not see him riding on the horse in the trailer? You have to admit, that shot is adorable.

OK, NOT FAIR!  You just made me cry.  That dog Grimmie is holding looks just like my dog Patches!  (runs to hug, brush and cuddle Patchie-pooch)
What?  Grannies can't play games?

I just had more or less the same thing. My sim (single, no pets or other sims on the lot) ran out all of a sudden. There he found a stray dog and at that moment the Grim Reaper appeared. The dog (a big one, not like the above) hugged Grim, which hugged him back. And then Grim send him to dog heaven. It was beautiful to see. Grim really has a very soft spot for the animals here.

Well, everyone needs some pet love, right?  Even good ole Grimmy!  I mean, he's obviously not a bad guy...he's just doing his job.

I've had lots of Sims make friends with him.  Once you actually take a moment to talk to him, he's alright!  :P
