I can't find my Sim daughter

My daughter got married had a kid and moved out. We didn't talk for a while. Now her house is empty and she has been wiped off my family's relationship lists. I have even checked the graveyard and she isn't there. She is still on my family tree but it doesn't come up with her traits and stuff. I am desperate to find her. Virtual daughter or not.  Please I am begging for your help.

This happened to me after I moved out my sister ingame. She was in the town for a few weeks then I found out she had moved, but I can't remember whether it was via Newspaper or a Pop-up. I got a Pop-up for Bridgeport once, when Elvira Slayer moved, but can't remember.

Once a sim is no longer under your control (eg moved out) you have no control over how story progression will treat them. They may be around for ages or they may move out of town the next day.

Your Sim daughter most likely moved out of town.  As Twinmum said, you can't control Story Progression and it takes over when a Sim leaves your household.  One way to keep track of anyone who moves into or out of town is to have your Sim read the newspaper every day.  It will also tell you about births and deaths.
