Sim starting funds

I have not seen this information on the forum anywhere, I think it would help builders work out their maximum budget for starter houses.

For one Sim it's §16,500, +§2,000 per additional adult, +§1,500 per teen, +§1,000 per child, +§500 per toddler. So a family consisting of parents with a teen would start off with §16,500 + §2,000 + §1,500 = §20,000.

I hope that this is as helpful to others as it has been to me.

Hmmm *rubs my chin* I am off to my game to verify my numbers. You may well be right and I wrote it down wrong.
