Can anyone please tell me where to find the fireman outfit?

If your Sim is in the Fireman career, they'll unlock new outfits at different career levels and can access their clothes from their dresser. If you're looking for the NPC fireman outfit, you'd have to either move a fireman into your household or cheat and use 'unlockoutfits on' to find their clothes in CAS.
