Is there a way to move a house on a lot?
« on: February 16, 2010, 01:38:25 PM »
I'm moving my current house to a bigger lot for more room to build and have a bigger yard.
When I drop the house on the bigger lot it centers it on the lot. Is there a way to move the house around on the lot?
Like move it more towards the front of the lot so I can have a bigger back yard.

I know of no way to do this, but maybe someone else on the forum will.

No, sorry.  The houses are locked to the grid on which they were created.  Again, unless someone knows differently.

I figured as much but was hoping I was missing something.
Guess I'll just scrap this house and build a new one then.  :)
Thanks for the replies.

My Only Suggestion is maybe make a big pond or fence off, make a path to the house etc.
