Getting a Raise in the Middle of Work

Now, what really intrigues me is about the performance bar filling up again - what do you mean? Is the sim at Level 10 of their career?

Seabody even when a sim is at leave ten in their career the bar still goes up or down. I notice that when I play and the raise happens usualy it takes till the next work day for the bar to go up again. It jumps up.
