I really enjoyed making this house, I have tested it to make sure that there is no pathing issues!!
The house is a 2 bed, 1 nursery, 3 bathroom house hold over 7 floors. The first floor has the kitchen, second floor living area, third floor nursery and teen/child bedroom, fourth floor family bathroom and kitchenette and fifth floor the master bedroom with ensuite.
There are two basement levels (which there are no photos for as they are very basic and I added them to include inventors table and chemistry set. The second basement has exercise machines, sound system, foosball table, dart board and tv area with a third shower room with toilet. Both levels are plainly decorated.
Outside view:
As you can see there are two drives for a car, a trampoline and treehouse. There is also a chess table and sculptors station as well. (please not car not included)

I'm still experimenting and learning the tricks of building in Sims 3 (although I have been playing Sims since it came out, never really tried my hand at building until the contests where reinstated!) so feedback would be greatly appreciated
