Doctor- Medical attention problem

When my doctor sim is out in public, there are a lot of times when she will need to take care of someone.  Lately though, they seem to still need medical attention after she has cured them.  The action won't go again.  I queue it up and then it just drops.  Anyone else had this problem?

I think I've had it a couple of times.  I feel it's just a glitch and just move on.  I don't think any harm comes from it.
