Downloading house with custom patterns

If I upload a house with custom patterns made with CAP and someone downloads it, do the patterns transfer with the house or would they have to download the patterns also?
I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle a wall with a picture on it like the one below.

It depends, some peoples games transfer patterns correctly, if you're like me they don't and you have to redo them manually. Cool picture by the way.

ok Thanks, So I should make any patterns used available for download also.
Not sure if I would do something like the picture above in a house. Just something I was messing with trying to figure out how to add a picture to the game.
But wanted to know just in case.

In my case the Patterns install they just don't display properly. It's like some kind of plastic grey colour and to make it work I just have to click on the Pattern again in CAP (It's already selected just not displaying) and then it returns to how it should be. It only makes extra work for me not for you.
