Jackson
An artist's delight.
This is another one of my older builds. This one, however, was never uploaded, so I thought I would share it here. This one is such an old build that it is base game compatible.

Lot size: 25 x 30
Furnished price: 67,245
Unfurnished price: 44,521
Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms: 2
Contains content from just the base game.
Store content: None

This house features two bedrooms downstairs and a studio with bathroom upstairs. The entire back wall is windows making an ideal choice to build on Redwood Pkwy in Sunset Valley.

**Note**
It seems that there is some sort of glitch with older builds and lights (well I'm having a few problems) If the lights in the house don't come on when your sim walks into a room (and the lights are set on auto) click on a light and set the colour of all lights to white, then turn them all off and re-set them to auto. This should fix them.

Please note that all my builds are thoroughly inspected to ensure everything is in working order and that nothing gets in the way of your enjoyment once you move in. Any problems that we have been unable to resolve, will be documented in the properties description. If however you find something that has somehow slipped by the scrutiny of the building inspector and is not listed in the property specs, please advise me and I will look at resolving the matter ASAP.

Whoa this is really cool looking. I especially like the exterior look. Nice job!

Thanks, it has always been one of my favourite builds and I usually have a copy of it in game whenever I play Sunset Valley.

I love it!  It's especially good to find one with no store content as I have very little of that being fairly new to sims. Thank you.

Great to see it again, Twinmum!  I'd lost my copy of the original so now I can download again and put it in a safe file!  Thanks so much for posting it.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

I didn't think I'd actually shared this one. It's not among the couple in my studio on the EA site.. or did I upload it somewhere else?
