Advocate Piracy (The Sims Medieval)

I am playing the Peteran Priest in the Pirate EP.  I have a daily responsibility to convert a pirate.  Then I get a follow up responsibility to "advocate piracy".  I have no idea how to do this and have gotten this twice, failing each time.  When I click other sims, I don't get the social to "advocate piracy".  Anyone have any ideas?

You do it at the platform where you evangelize outside the Peteran Church.
