In my dynasty attempt, the founder and spouse have tried 12 times to make a baby, failing each time. The founder (Female) has the fertility treatment, but the spouse does not. I've made sure that there relationship says "Extremley Irresistable".

Have you tried simply waiting?

Sometimes in my game the lullaby jingle doesn't play on a successful baby attempt but the mother still becomes pregnant as normal.

You do not always hear the jingle. Plus I have had many games where the mum to be does not get the nausea moodlet.  How long have you waited to see if she is indeed pregnant? The option to try for baby will show up until the mum discovers she is pregnant.

I've actually had it where the Try for Baby option is grayed out as soon as conception occurs.

12 is a lot, I agree, especially with the fertility treatment.  It does happen that Sims are almost infertile sometimes, but if you're persistent, it will happen eventually if you're actually able to click on an active Try for Baby interaction.

You don't need "Extremely irresistable" level to try for a baby. Use the shower, treehouse or elevator (if you have one). Also using the shower takes care of their hygeine need too. My sim has gotten pregnant more often in the shower, than the bed.

You can also try while touring the theatre, you can try more than once. I use it many times and she cannot reject your sim if do it over and over

The Theatre is also another option. I have never had to go as high as 6 Try For Babies before but I'm thinking as everyone else is and that it just is a random thing. It will happen eventually so keep trying everday.

In my Khalid dynasty it took Tabitha and Malcolm Landgrab two days before I heard the chimes. I lost count of the number to times they tried must have been at least ten if not more.

Like everyone said just keep trying.

I was really nervous in my dynasty too. It took over 3 days for Ana Mistique got pregnant... Now, I have a little baby, Gaia Be patient!

Thanks for all the help, guys! It turns out she was pregnant, I just didn't hear the chimes
