Kingdom Traits (well=being, knowledge, culture, etc.) Question

I know there are several achievements related to having, say, low knowledge but a high level wizard.
I also know that from time to time I have quest options that grant more points than I have capacity.

I've been looking and looking: where can I access in the game menu how much capacity I have for each of these traits, and, how much I have filled?
So I can more proactively see where my capacity is short, for example.

Hey,
In your kingdom mode, in the upper left corner you'll see a thumbnail of your monarch.  Hover over your symbol, and the current aspects and capacity are shown.  Also when picking a quest, hover over the trophy to show the platinum reward (since we carl's guide users always get platinum).
