Description: 4 bedrooms/3 baths. Beach Holiday is a modern-style vacation home with large windows for taking in glorious views from the front and back yards. The house spans three floors. The first floor has a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, den and master suite. A single spiral staircase climbs the length of the building forming a graceful almost sculptural helix. The second floor hosts three bedrooms, a library and a balcony. The third floor is the rooftop sun deck where Sims can enjoy the best views of their beach front property. Outside the beautifully landscaped back yard boasts a lovely curvy pool by a paved patio while in the front yard one can find a small pond. The front entrance is cleverly constructed in such a manner to conceal the trash bin if necessary and to provide a sensible location for the mailbox.
