Can login to Origin, Sims 3, but not The Sims

I have previously been able to login to The Sims, but now when the origin login box appears, it won't recognise user name or password. Yet I can log in to Origin.

Welcome to our Forum.

When you say "The Sims", exactly what do you mean?  Sims 3?  Are you trying to launch the actual game?  Does the launcher load?

I can log into the origin application, but not into origin the webpage. Somehow I managed to create two different accounts linked to the same email address this way. And the webpage won't let me log in to either. Is this the same/similar problem you are having?
