Won't get pregnant

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I just started a legacy and the spouse got pregnant, she walked out of the bistro and changed clothes, but then she got stuck for several sim hours so I reset her, but she lost the pregnacy moodlet wont change back into her normal clothes and I can't get her pregnant again, what should I do. I dont have any back ups of this file.

I have done this once big mistake! Just leave her she will get pregnant but she won't have the moodlet. And she can't annouce pregnacy either!
