...am I the only one who does not get a notification of a store content patch?

My launcher only prompts me to install the 1.25 patch.
I doubt this would fix my store problems (VampirePlasma's link lead to a page telling it only being about meshes&textures) but it's a bit odd it's not on my launcher at all... maybe because my game is 1.19? (still, the launcher *does* give a pop up on any other available update)

I'm pretty sure this is because your game is not up to date. I played for a while on patch 15 and the launcher would tell me an update was available but it wasn't the most recent one. I think it told me to install patch 19 when 24 was the most recent.

So, how do I get rid of Hidden Springs, and still keep it (since I PAID for it)!!!

The file should be in your The Sims 3/Downloads folder; probably with a really obvious name like Hidden_Springs. sims3Pack or something. Just save that somewhere else as a backup and then uninstall it through the launcher.

I got the notification for this, but was a little worried because the official site said nothing of it so I clicked the button that said 'Later' but now that I hear that there isn't any problems or bugs or anything I reckon I'll go download it next time I play. Especially because this:

Before the patch, the phone was just the phone stand with no phone on it, and you couldn't click it but now you can. :)

was quite annoying me. ;D

I read on sims 3 site, the store patch fixed some lighting issues.  There were only three things and all three were lights.  The rotary phone that I got a few weeks ago, also did not have a receiver and the fix for that, was to go back into the launcher and uninstall it and then reinstall it from your purchase history and it will be back to normal.  I tried that and it fixed it, but that was a long time ago.  So the store content patch was just a very small patch and thank heavens, I finally got it to install.  It could have fixed a couple of other things, not real sure. :)
