Going inside premade buildings

I read sims stories on instagram and they always seem to be inside of buildings like
-schools
-resuraunts
-hospital
-etc

I was wondering how to do this.

The way I go into rabbit holes (that is what they are usually called) is to go into the door/window and press Tab. Hope this helps!

It's also possible that the person posting has made those buildings (schools, etc) from scratch for the sake of the story. Sims don't interact with anything inside rabbit holes, so if the Sim is doing something other than just standing there, it's not actually a real rabbit hole. :P
