Changing a penthouse in Bridgeport

I know everyone says the penthouses in Bridgeport are too small. Using the "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings" cheat, I was able to get a decent sized penthouse from the Veranda Villas Loft. I took out the 2 small rooms on the same floor and got rid of the loft. So later there is still room enough for a bedroom for a child. Hope I haven't made an error on upload (can be seen in the Gallery)
