Origin isn't letting me redeem game codes
« on: August 19, 2011, 05:18:14 AM »
I have tried to redeem my town life stuff copy and it says it can't be redeemed there. It says to put it on www.thesims3.com, not that I have a problem with that. The only problem is thesims3.com doesn't provide a digital copy in case, of loss or damage to the disk. The odd thing about this is I have everyone of my other games on Origin. The Sims 3 to Generations and The Sims Medieval. All of the EP's and two of the SP's.

Use this website instead:
https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do

Also have a look at this page; they say you will need a new code but that wasn't the case for me. Just enter the code exactly as it is written on the box; capital letters.
