Theatre Stuck

My sim has joined the music career and one of the requirements is to perform concerts. The problem is that every time I click on the theatre it says "cannot perform a concert while a player concert is on". The "buy a ticket" option is always available. No one from my family plays a concert. What can I do?

I had that problem before, and this is the way I got rid of it:

Go into edit town and save the theatre to the clipboard. Then bulldoze the lot and and put the saved theatre on the lot. That's how I got rid of the problem
