Weird Lag

Only one member of my household of four sims has this problem. I was going to town one day when I decided to make her talk to Agnes Crumplebottom, then I noticed that most of the townies were peeing their pants on the street. I then opened up the cheat console and deleted them. Afterwards my sim is just standing there (she's still moving and sometimes stretching), so I resetted her back to the home and had her change, but then the same problem happened again. She can move very slowly, but always freezes when I tell her to talk to her guests. This is really frustrating since it's supposed to be her bachelorette party. :P
I defragmented all of my laptop and I'm playing in ugly graphics, but it's still laggy. It wasn't like this before when I started. Does it have something to do with the EP/SP games? I got Town Life not too long ago but the launcher always crashed so then I uninstalled it and now it's all glitchy. The objects take really long to load and my sim (only one) freezes while everyone else is okay.
I currently use the Generations disc to start the game.
What could it be?? I would really appreciate your help.

Deleting sims like that is a bad, bad idea... When you are having troubles with NCPs and the dreaded MPW Syndrome (Mass Public Whizzing, yes I did just make that anagram up five minutes ago.) use ResetSim * Oh and consider booking them a urologist appointment ;)

Even though Carlos is perfectly correct I still think it's a corrupted save problem. Unfortunately it seems like your saved game is corrupted. Try reverting to a previous save, perhaps?
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

Thanks. I plan to go back someday to that household using an old save. Right now though I'm starting anew in Bridgeport; whether it's the file or not the game seems to be faster(still not fast enough) there. Oh well, I heard that it could also be the cc but I'm way too picky to remove any of them. :P
Also, could someone please explain to me why I don't have the Prepared Traveller reward but instead the Clone Voucher reward which wasn't mentioned in the guide?
I want to stay in a country longer.

It's probably the CC. As for your question, why don't you start a new topic about that.

It doesn't really hurt to delete sims in my experience. ;)  It is not like Sims 2 where you could jumble up the memories and cause all sorts of weird relationships to dangle in space.  In Sims 3, deleted sims are removed from the relationship panels.  Still, it is not a solution because other sims will just get generated to fill their places.

Sims standing around with the MPW syndrome (love that) could be there because there is someone in the acting career.  They gather to see the actor but nothing tells them to go home.  Just another bug, sadly.  There are solutions but nothing I can talk about here.

You might be able to reset your sim by evicting her from your household and then putting her back in it again.

It also seems to happen when you return from holiday, clearly the townies can't handle your sim's awesomeness.
