I was wondering how you use the buydebug to add spawners.

While I don't think we have a specific topic, there are several mentions of getting spawners through buydebug throughout the forum.  Try going to the home page of the forum and doing a search from there.  If you don't find what you're looking for, post again and I'm sure there will be plenty of help.

In the buyDebug menu, you will find a sub-menu containing all the spawners, which you can place in your lot and will spawn whatever it was they should spawn on a regular basis. Treasure-spawners are among the ordinary treasure/tomb stuff and you can define their treasure by control-clicking on them with testingcheatsenabled true.
Be careful about placing spawners in community lots, I'm not certain, but I think if I've understood everything correctly that it creates some white boxes-thingies that obstructs the area.

Where is the menu then. I can't seem to find it.

In buy mode and with sort by function you can see the buyDebug menu (if you have that cheat activated of course) and one of the subemenus in that menu has a couple of spawners for butterflies, beetles and, well anything!
