Hi joy. Once you click the blue download link (it will have the name of the house) under the pictures of this house, it will start downloading into your Sims 3 Launcher. From there, you can then install it into your game. Once in your game, this lot will appear in your empty lots library. You can access this via Edit Town. Then you can place this house on an empty lot and the move some sims into it. Hope that helps.
