I've noticed a few things that are a bit wonky and was wondering if anyone else has experienced these.

First of all I seem to be stuck at 93 memories shared.  I am linked to Facebook in game and keep sharing memories, but they don't seem to be registering.  I would love to be able to get to 200, but it seems impossible at this rate.

The other thing I noticed is that sometimes when I try to share a memory my game freezes and I have to use the task manager to shut it down and restart - losing everything since my last save.  This seems to occur most often when my sims are traveling and I try to share memories.  It is more annoying than anything.  I have started saving my game a lot so that if it crashes I don't have to replay too much.

The last one is that when my sims travel and buy a vacation home, the home no longer appears on their list of owned properties once they return home.  The good news is that their money is refunded, so the next time they travel they can just buy the house again, but this is another annoyance.

I'm going to research this on the EA forums but thought I would start out here in case anyone else is having the same problems.

Thank you!

I didn't have your first issue (actually maxed a few Sim's memories) but am 'bugged' by your second issue.

I have tried purchasing various vacation homes in France several times now and have even just tried purchasing a lot but, like you, it doesn't register once I return home and the money is refunded.  At first I thought it had something to do with the property I purchased :-\.  I even stayed in the home for several days before returning from my vacation but that didn't help.

I traveled to Egypt with the same family and bought a vacation home there and that home does show up in my owned properties and is available when I return to that country.

I still need to check China, but have to make it to level 3 with my family first.

As a side note, I have a family that owns several homes in each country and I loaded up that game last night.  All homes and properties were still accounted for.  I didn't travel with them to the various countries as I didn't know if I would lose the home(s) when I returned from vacation or not - I didn't want to take the chance.

Perhaps the houses you are trying to buy are owned by someone else? I wouldn`t know about buying vacation homes really, but it`s my best guess.

I'm sorry you're having the same issues with vacation homes.  The home in question is the large house in the Forbidden City - West Royal House.  It is one of the few homes that are available for purchase, so I can confirm that it is not owned by anyone else.

Oh, I found one more travel bug...when I'm in China it seems that between the hours of about 10pm to 8am the game freezes for about 30 seconds in real life after every half hour of sim time.  My dynasty family is on day 6 of a 12 day trip and it seems to be happening almost around the clock now.  I finally logged out in frustration last night.  I am 4 opportunities away from a level 3 visa (for a house that probably won't last once my sims return home  ::) ) so I hope that when I log in tonight the game will behave a bit better.  I'm frustrated, I never had these problems until the latest EP and patch.

I can't help you with the vacation homes but the game freezes in China I've had and fixed.
It seems to be caused by a pathing issue around the Hot Springs area; Sims will become "trapped" there and it causes massive lags in your game. Eventually the clock hardly moves at all.
You can fix it by resetting all Sims. Open the cheat box (Ctrl+Shift+C) and type resetsim *. All Sims (including yours) will be returned to their homes and the game should work again.

Oh, thank you, PJ!  That is great news.  I have pretty much resigned myself to having to 'rebuy' a vacation home each time I travel, but I got smart with this dynasty and made sure that my immortal is the one with the level 3 visa (in my Starr dynasty it was a spouse, so this bug would have been devastating).
