No pizza delivery. Glitch?

Since installing generations whenever my sim calls for a pizza it never gets delivered. The option is there on the phone, and it goes so far as to actually order the pizza. However the pizza delivery sim never shows up. No money gets deducted as well.

Has anybody else experienced this? Is this a generations glitch?

I've ordered and had delivered pizza in a new game I've started since loading generations. Are you playing an existing game or a new one?

I'm  playing a new game. Thought I would play a new game specifically to see what all the generations content is before I go back to my existing families. It happened more than once but must admit haven't tried it in another save as yet.

When I ordered pizza, the deliverywoman showed up holding out her hand, but she didn't have the pizza.
They she charged me money and left.

Did you add apartments to the town at the time it happened?

It seems adding apartments to non-city type worlds causes it.
