Ps3 Bigger land

Hi. When I started playing Sims 3 on ps 3, you could only buy two small houses. I wanted to have the mansions at the bottom, but have failed trying.

I was wondering if anyone has had this same trouble and could help me out. Thank you.

It 's simply because at the start of the game (judging by what you posted) you don't have efficient funds to purchase the "higher valued" houses.  Usually when you start you 're given a reasonable amount of money to atleast get you started on your voyage.  In order for you to get those lots you 'll need to play the game and save up your funds.
