Lost my copy of the game, can I download it from my TS3 account?

My laptop got broken and it uninstalled my Sims game, and to add fuel the fire, completely lost my game. So I just realised, I might be able to download TS3 again off the TS3 Website and use my serial number again - Im not on my proper laptop so I can't check, would this work? Thanks so much

No, I don't think you can get it from the website again but there's another way:

If you still have your serial number you can download the game from Origin, download that from here:
http://source.origin.com/about

If you no longer have your serial number but you registered the game online you need to contact EA support and maybe they will put the game in Origin for you.

Does that Origin definitely not have a virus? And how can I get the serial number from the TS3 website?
