Autumn salad issues. glitch?

Anyone having trouble getting perfect autumn salad? I am using perfect lettuce leaves. I have tried making autumn salad in group and single servings. Is there any other ingredients needed to make autumn salad perfect? My sim is level 10 cooking skill and has finished the three milestones for the cooking skill. I have the best stove and fridge that can be bought.

Your sim will have to make autumn salad a lot of times to get the quality up.  If you've got a top fridge and perfect ingredients, practice should make perfect (as they say).
