Hi I Was Just Wondering How To Start A Dynasty, And What Is The Difference Between A Normal Dynasty And A Immortal One (Besides The Heir Becoming Immortal) I Have Looked At The Challenge Board And There Are No Official Dynasty Rules There? Thanks In Advance For The Help

The rules to the Immortal Dynasty Challenge are here.  As far as I know, this is the only Dynasty challenge, besides the DecaDynasty Challenge, also found here.

There are two Dynasty challenges written by Metropolis Man and hosted on our Forum:  the Immortal Dynasty Challenge and the Townie DecaDynasty challenge.  Simfulicious gave you the links to each one, which should help you decide how to start.  You can also go to the Stories Board and find Dynasty stories written by our members.  That should give you some great information and entertain you as well.

You may be thinking about a legacy, too.  The original legacy challenge was written by Pinstar on the official Sims 3 Forum.  You'd have to go over there to get the rules.
