Bought 2000 SimPoints - did not receive my free gift

Hi I hope someone can help me.  I purchased 2000 SimPoints this morning and I have no idea where to go and get my free gift.  I have been looking in the store, purchase history, etc but can't find it.  Nothing came up after I had confirmed and paid for my points.  The help pages were not very helpful.

I'm in England if it makes any difference.

Look to see if it automatically went straight into your game or into your Sims 3 Launcher for installation.

Thanks Pam, I checked and it's not in the installed or downloaded content, come to think of it I don't think I got my free gift last time I bought some SimPoints either.  Any other suggestions?

EDIT:  I had an online chat with Customer Support and they said that it is still open and that it should appear in my launcher when complete.  However, if it doesn't appear in my launcher I have to contact them.

I told them that I didn't get the option to download free gift, but they said it should appear in the launcher so have to wait and see.

I purchased 2000 simpoints yesterday.  The free gift took about 30 minutes to show up in my purchase history.  Then there were 2. This morning it now only shows one.  Maybe check your purchase history again.  Also from in game, you can look in your download dashboard.

Thanks gerrr, I checked and have just re-checked but it's now been about 8 hours and still nothing in the purchase history, launcher or download dashboard.  I'm just going to have to sit and be patient
