Password reset problem - Sims3.com

I want to log into my account on the sims 3 website but I forgot my password so I clicked the "I forgot my password" button. Automatically it sent an email to me. I checked the email and it said that if I wanted to reset the password I need to click on the link given. I did so and it sent me to a page that said "This link is no longer valid" ON THE SIMS PAGE! I've tried to use the "email us" button but it asks for my password there! Please help.

Darthboo007, welcome to the forum.  I just tried what you said you did and when I clicked on the emailed link, it opened a page to reset my password. 

You might want to try the link again or copy and paste it to your browser.  Good Luck.
