Can't download sims3.pack files

I found some lovely patterns here so I tried to download them but downloading is not working. How can I fix this please?






In the welcome tab, there's nothing. I'm a member of the sims3.com but it hasn't been shown my login requests and the news since last week.





In this screenshot, there's no thumbnail images for the patterns in my launcher download tab but the bottom of my desktop, chrome says they're still downloading and never open them  since 2 hours ago. :(


I have no idea what's wrong with my launcher.

Chrome doesn`t download that kind of file, you`ll have to open up another browser to do it. There is a thread about it, this will probably be merged.
