Forum links - some are bold, some aren't.

Here is a screenshot of "Show new replies to your posts" for me:

As you can see, some of these links are bold, others are not.

Take the third line, for example.
The thread name (with formatting) is: The (Rather Intriguing) History of Sims : A Legacy. The author, Execution, is not in bold. I considered that this might be reflective of links I've clicked.
This is not the case. I used the Gallery link at the top of the page to upload this screenshot. It is not bold in my browser.

Is this a momentary glitch of my browser? Ctrl+F5 didn't work.

(And for those aware of my current issues with my browser, I am using a different computer. My browser, as you can see, is IE8.)

EDIT: I took the liberty of editing out anything that would give away my location.

I saw bold text for a moment there too, but it's gone now.
